What is the process
Bratislava University of Economics and Management based on the resolution of the Minister of Education after the prior approval of the Accreditation Commission is entitled to provide higher education in the accredited study programs since 2004 within the following study programs all in field of study Economics and Management. For all courses taught at BUEM, study materials and textbooks are available. As early as 2006, 10 study materials have been published within the BUEM publishing scheme and KEGA projects. In 2007, further 10 study materials and 3 textbooks have been published. In 2008, the completion of textbooks and study materials continues under the auspices of the school. Since 2004, almost 100 university textbooks and study materials have been published, which cover almost exhaustively the range of courses offered. This achievement clearly demonstrates BUEM effort to provide for a high-quality of the study and for the support of students in mastering the contents of the courses.
The headquarters of Bratislava University of Economics and Management is currently located in a newly reconstructed area of a spacious administrative and multifunctional building in Furdekova street in Bratislava. The floor area of the building amounts to almost 8,000 sq.m. and is largely at the disposal of BUEM. There are 6 lecture rooms which can accommodate a minimum of 120/170 persons each. The lecture rooms are designed in such a way that they can be connected and create a space of up to 450 seats
